Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler

Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch

Position Summary

The Electrical Panel Assembler is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical panels according to customer specifications and production documentation. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing positively to a team-based manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation prior to assembly
  • Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build preparation instructions
  • Install electrical components, controllers, and related hardware per documentation
  • Wire components using proper color coding, wire gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
  • Assist coworkers as needed to support workflow and maintain a positive team environment
  • Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
