⚙️ What you'll be doing

• Learn to operate CNC mills, lathes, and other production equipment
• Observe machine operation and identify machining issues or defects
• Make basic machine adjustments as instructed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges
• Read blueprints and work instructions to verify product specifications
• Monitor production quality throughout machining operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors while developing your skills
