Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathe machines using Fanuc controls to produce complex metal parts with precision and efficiency
  • Set up machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and calibrating equipment according to engineering specifications
  • Interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements
  • Program CNC G-code and M-code using CAM software and manual input to optimize machining processes
  • Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines for quality control
