Job description

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA to join our growing home care team in Boca Raton, FL. We have openings for both day and night shifts providing one-on-one care in a private home setting.

We are looking for a caregiver who are patient-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional home care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
  • Valid CNA license or HHA certificate required
  • Availability for day or overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Assist with medication reminders when permitted
  • Perform light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with families and staff
