Location : 333 Green End Ave, Middletown, RI 02842

Facility : LTC/SNF

Shift : 3pm – 11pm | 11pm - 7am | 7am - 3pm
Contract : 8 weeks

Start : TBD

Requirements:

  • State CNA license
  • BLS/CPR preferred
  • Min 1 -2 year of CNA experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
  • Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting LPN’s and RN’s.
  • Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
