We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing top-tier support and guidance in cloud-based systems for a government customer in the Herndon/Reston area.Description Key responsibilities include providing guidance and support to customers transitioning to cloud environments, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and offering entry-level technical support. Daily tasks involve producing clear communication for both technical and non-technical audiences, managing customer meetings, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment of customer needs. Additional duties include account provisioning support, process improvement, and tracking project progress.Experience LevelFull Performance Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill.
