• Administer comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, expertly diagnosing conditions based on established criteria.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for individual, group, or family therapy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including comprehensive treatment plans and progress documentation, following ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate effective care and address clients' holistic needs.
• Educate clients and families about mental health topics, empowering them with knowledge of treatment options and community resources.
• Continuously enhance your therapeutic skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will benefit those dealing with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, you will help clients articulate their concerns, set achievable goals, and work towards personal improvement and resilience.

• Active Washington state license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, essential for developing accurate treatment plans.
• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary team.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional interactions.

• Prior experience in a behavioral health clinic or community health setting is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is a plus.

The salary for this role ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contribution to the team.
