Manufacturing Production Associate - 2nd Shift | $16.00/hr + $0.75 Shift Differential | New Castle, PA

Silgan Closures, a Fortune 500 global leader in sustainable packaging, is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates (Production Team Members) at our New Castle, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time 2nd shift manufacturing role offering steady hours, overtime, and long-term career stability. This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operator jobs.

This role may also be referred to as: Production Operator, Machine Operator, Assembly Worker, or Warehouse Production Worker.

  • Pack finished goods into cartons and stack boxes (up to 35 lbs)
  • Label, tape, and prepare products for shipment
  • Complete production paperwork and document machine performance
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
