Job Title: Office Clerk – Entry Level

Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Office Clerk to join our team in providing high-quality support to customers, vendors, and internal staff. This position plays a key role in document processing, data entry, and customer service in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.

  • Perform searches, retrieve and prepare documents, handle filings and recordings at various jurisdictional levels.

  • Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment, inquiries, and problem resolution.

  • Understand and explain service offerings, processes, and jurisdictional requirements.

  • Make timely, informed decisions to meet client needs and expectations.

  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide training and guidance to customers or team members on products, jurisdictional requirements, and internal databases.

  • Accurately enter data and maintain records in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree OR at least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong data entry skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
