Restoration Crew Member
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour!

If you like steady, hands-on work and being part of a crew, this is a great place to build a long-term career. As a Restoration Crew Member, you help clean and prepare homes and buildings after damage from water, fire, or storms so families and businesses can get back to normal.

What youll do
  • Load and unload materials and equipment, and keep trucks and tools clean and organized.
  • Set up and run drying and cleaning equipment (we train you how to use everything).
  • Help with cleanup after floods, fires, and other property damage under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Assist with simple temporary repairs, like tarping roofs or boarding up windows and doors.
  • Pitch in with warehouse or shop tasks when needed and support teammates on job sites.
  • Be reachable by phone and occasionally take on-call shifts for emergency jobs.
