Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Support – Entry Level
 Location: Santa Rosa
 Pay: $24–$26/hour DOE
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
 
Job Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support – Entry Level team member to join our Thin Film manufacturing team in Santa Rosa. This team produces thin film circuits that support both internal and external customers.
In this role, you will assist with fabrication, testing, and separation processes involved in circuit production. You will work both independently and as part of a team under the guidance of a coordinator to help achieve production and quality goals.
This position requires excellent attention to detail and steady hand coordination while working with delicate materials and small components. The quality of your work directly impacts the performance and reliability of the circuits produced.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the manufacturing and production of thin film circuits
  • Work in fabrication, testing, or separation processes
  • Handle sensitive and delicate materials in substrate and circuit form
  • Operate manufacturing equipment such as:
    • Masking equipment
    • Etching equipment
    • Bonding tools
    • Probe stations
    • Microscopes and camera systems for visual inspection
  • Perform visual verification and quality checks
  • Follow strict quality standards and manufacturing procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, trainers, and operators
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Skills
  • Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment
  • Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small components
  • Ability to handle delicate materials with precision
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to follow standardized processes and chain of command
Education & Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Person
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Work Environment
