Job description
Location: Santa Rosa
Pay: $24–$26/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Support the manufacturing and production of thin film circuits
- Work in fabrication, testing, or separation processes
- Handle sensitive and delicate materials in substrate and circuit form
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as:
- Masking equipment
- Etching equipment
- Bonding tools
- Probe stations
- Microscopes and camera systems for visual inspection
- Perform visual verification and quality checks
- Follow strict quality standards and manufacturing procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams, trainers, and operators
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controlled environment
- Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small components
- Ability to handle delicate materials with precision
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to follow standardized processes and chain of command
- Must be a U.S. Person
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or electronics experience is a plus but not required
- Manufacturing/clean production environment
- Work involves microscope work and handling very small components
- Standing or sitting for extended periods may be required
