-               Source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media

-               Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources

-               Negotiate pay rates

-               Learn from the best Recruiters in the industry on how to be successful, quickly

Every Recruiter has an exciting career path at Judge. Your experience gained as a Recruiter develops key skills including relationship building, negotiations and gaining an understanding of technical terminology that will prepare you to represent our services as an industry leader. Within 3 months and upon becoming highly successful as an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be promoted to Technical Recruiter and continue your Recruiting career and join the ranks of our Lead Recruiters, Delivery Managers and Recruiting Management.


Recruiter Associate Program:

 

Compensation: $50,000/yr starting salary (paid as $24.04/hr for the 3 month training portion)

Benefits are available to you (if you elect to join the program) the first of the month following 28 days of employment. (i.e. - If someone starts on 10/11 they not eligible for benefits until 12/1).

There is a bonus program associated with this role:

$50 onetime bonus for each placement for placements 1-5

$75 onetime bonus for each placement for placements 6-10

$100 onetime bonus for each placement for placements over 10

$250 onetime bonus for any FTH / Perm placement (payable upon satisfaction of placement guarantee period)

Expectations:

50+ outgoing calls/day

5+ Candidate submittals to our Recruiters/day
75% submittal to interview ratio (in this case, an interview will mean when one of our Recruiters actually calls the Candidate you sent them, not the Candidate getting submitted to one of our Clients)


-               Energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, organized, commission-oriented/money motivated and strong desire to succeed

-               Some telephone sales or telemarketing experience is highly preferred
