Job description

National scale real estate development, construction and investment firm, seeking energetic and career oriented entry-level and junior level associates for our firm located in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Ideal candidates would have an interest in real estate, acquisitions, construction, development, design, leasing, marketing, finance, deal making, economics, AI, CRM, and branding.

Responsibilities:

Handle many facets of the commercial construction activities of the Company

Participate in the site selection and acquisition activities of the Company, communicating with property owners, stakeholders holders and real estate brokers.

Negotiating letters of intent, contracts and purchase and sale agreements.

Assist the diligence of the highest and best use and design concepts for the properties and projects and the proformas.

Managing and work with vendors and consultants to include legal, architecture and engineering.

Assist in the marketing of the projects, including both digital and traditional.

Participate in all aspects of the acquisition, and/or disposition of a property or a project.

Qualifications:

Experience or interest in construction, real estate, acquisitions, development, business or economics.

Bachelor degree preferred.

Strong critical thinking, problem solving and ability to stay the course and accomplish the objectives.
