The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:
- Support manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
- Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: efficiency improvements, cost reduction or quality improvement programs, new product support and other process improvements
- Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies
- Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner
- Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs)
- Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
- Training and Development: Contribute to the growth of our Process Engineering Technicians through ongoing training and development. You will also create tools to improve team efficiency (reports/visualizations) and document new learnings in our disposition specs.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant Process or Equipment engineering experience
- Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies
Preferred qualifications:
- Process or Equipment Engineering experience within Wet or CMP modules
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes: Familiarity with 200mm wafer fabrication, process control, and yield enhancement techniques. Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes, equipment maintenance, and quality events
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, correlations, and root causes of process variations. Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting: Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process issues and troubleshoot equipment and process problems. Ability to identify and analyze root causes of process variations and quality events
- Commitment to quality and safety: Strong commitment to ensuring the highest quality products and maintaining a safe working environment. Ability to maintain accurate records, follow procedures, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Leadership and teamwork: Ability to lead and participate in teams to resolve quality events, implement process improvements, and achieve operational excellence
- Communication and collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Proactive and results-driven: Ability to take initiative, drive results, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and techniques, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
