Job Purpose:Logistics Center (LC) Associate is responsible for all products being received and/or shipped out of the company with the established Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by the department. Assists in other areas of logistics duties as assigned by lead hand, supervisor or Manager to ensure operational success.Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards in all functions performed during assigned shift
  • Obtain required level of knowledge and understanding within the company's WMS
  • Able to move readily from function to function as required by business need
  • Forklift certified employees will be required to use various MHE to put away or obtain large items either at ground level of on high shelves, for shipping
  • The employee will review work requests or tasks for items needed and ensure proper products are put away or picked from appropriate area
  • Employee will use a RF scanner
  • Ensure complete product accuracy of each order, while maintaining set operational standards, so as to provide quality customer service. Maintain 100% accuracy
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs, any additional weight is to be lifted with assistance
  • Replenishes workstations with supplies
  • Participates in inventory activities
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as assigned by your supervisor, to ensure operational success
  • Adheres to all TD SYNNEX Canada, Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Policies, procedures and standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Hours of work Monday -Friday are 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
  • Experience with RF Scan Guns and a warehouse management system, preferably SAP. MHE Certification is an asset
  • High School Graduate is Preferred

Objectif du poste :
L'Associe(e) du centre logistique (LC) est responsable de tous les produits recus et/ou expedies par l'entreprise conformement aux ententes de niveau de service (SLA) etablies par le departement. Il ou elle apporte egalement son soutien a d'autres activites logistiques selon les directives du chef d'equipe, du superviseur ou du gestionnaire afin d'assurer le succes des operations.

Responsabilites :

  • Atteindre ou depasser les normes de productivite et de precision dans toutes les fonctions executees pendant le quart de travail assigne.
  • Acquerir le niveau requis de connaissances et de comprehension du systeme de gestion d'entrepot (WMS) de l'entreprise.
  • Passer facilement d'une fonction a une autre selon les besoins operationnels.
  • Les employes certifies pour la conduite de chariots elevateurs doivent utiliser differents equipements de manutention (MHE) pour ranger ou recuperer des articles volumineux, au niveau du sol ou sur des etageres elevees, en vue de leur expedition.
  • Examiner les demandes de travail ou les taches relatives aux articles requis et s'assurer que les produits appropries sont ranges ou preleves dans les zones designees.
  • Utiliser un lecteur RF (radiofrequence).
  • Assurer l'exactitude complete des produits pour chaque commande tout en respectant les normes operationnelles etablies afin d'offrir un service de qualite aux clients. Maintenir un taux d'exactitude de 100 %.
  • Soulever jusqu'a 50 lb; tout poids supplementaire doit etre manipule avec assistance.
  • Reapprovisionner les postes de travail en fournitures.
  • Participer aux activites d'inventaire.
  • Preter assistance dans d'autres secteurs de l'entrepot selon les directives du superviseur afin d'assurer le succes des operations.
  • Respecter toutes les politiques, procedures et normes de sante et securite de TD SYNNEX Canada ainsi que les exigences provinciales et federales applicables.
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail securitaire et propre.
  • Horaire de travail : du lundi au vendredi, de 12 h 30 a 21 h 00.

Connaissances, competences et experience :

  • Niveau debutant (0 a 1 an d'experience de travail pertinente).
  • Experience avec les lecteurs RF et un systeme de gestion d'entrepot, de preference SAP. La certification pour les equipements de manutention (MHE) constitue un atout.
  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires prefere.
