The Role:

We are seeking an entry level Wealth Associate. The Wealth Associate plays a critical role in providing administrative and client engagement support for the Wealth Advisory team.

The Wealth Associate will also be responsible for data entry, meeting scheduling, meeting preparation, and proposal generation.


This position will be based out of our San Francisco office.


Responsibilities:

  • Become an active member of the Wealth Advisory team by providing administrative and client engagement support.
  • Collect, organize, and manage client information by assigning and following up on necessary paperwork.
  • Responsible for generating, preparing, and updating client meeting materials and proposals or the client; in collaboration with the Advisor.
  • Accountable for ensuring key client information, risk score, and documentation is up to date.
  • Using professional judgement and corresponding with colleagues to ensure that we are consistently providing outstanding service to our client base.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation preferred, but not required.
  • Past experience in financial planning or wealth management preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in the stock market, wealth management or financial planning.
  • Confidence to work directly with senior leaders and high-net worth clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven success solving problems and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take immediate ownership of their work.
