Position Description:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical-Surgical Unit, you will assess, implement, and oversee nursing care plans while ensuring high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols. You will be responsible for delivering care to a group of patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across shifts, and providing clinical supervision to entry-level nurses. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, prioritize care needs, and assist with minor procedures as necessary.
  • Oversee patient check-in, perform triage duties, and assist with initial insurance documentation.
