About the job Regional CDL A Driver - Entry Level Drivers Welcome
Drivers can expect steady miles, structured home time every two weeks, and weekly earnings averaging $1,400-$1,600. This is a full-time W2 position with benefits starting day one, built for drivers who want consistency without unnecessary complexity.
We run consistent regional lanes east of I-35 with reliable freight and predictable scheduling. Both experienced drivers and entry-level CDL holders are considered.
Pay and Miles

  • Full-time W2 position
  • $0.56 - $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
  • Average weekly earnings $1,400 - $1,600
  • Annual range $71,000 - $85,000
  • Weekly miles typically 2,200 - 2,500

Home Time
  • Home every two weeks on a consistent, planned rotation

  • No safety-related termination from previous employer
  • No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
  • No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
