Job Title: Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in our fast-paced recruiting organization by working closely with a team of recruiters. This position involves managing recruiting activities and fostering candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, work effectively with both internal and external clients and candidates, possess exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide necessary debrief materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Work Environment
This role requires working onsite five days a week. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to shifting demands. The position involves interacting with various technologies and tools as part of the recruiting process.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
