Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to support a high-volume hiring initiative for manufacturing and production roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who recently received their bachelors degree or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, and full-cycle hiring support within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates aligned with job requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual platforms
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, and other recruiting tools
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking within internal systems
  • Support high-volume recruiting efforts to meet aggressive hiring timelines
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth hiring process

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience); recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, administrative support, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment in reviewing resumes and assessing candidate fit
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

This is a Contract position based out of Ames, TX 77575.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
