What You'll Do | Car Porter Responsibilities

As a Car Porter, you play an important role in keeping our technicians, Service Advisors, and customers moving efficiently throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Keep Vehicles Moving

Safely move customer vehicles throughout the property, parking areas, and service bays as needed.

Maintain Lot Organization

Keep customer vehicles and parking areas organized so the service team can quickly locate and access vehicles.

Support the Service Team

Assist Service Advisors, Technicians, and managers with vehicle movement and other operational needs that help keep the shop productive.

Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

Assist with customer vehicle transportation, parts runs, or other driving-related responsibilities when needed.

Maintain Vehicle Presentation

Help ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned clean, organized, and presentable.

Shop Organization

Help maintain clean and organized parking areas, common areas, and workspaces.

Process Discipline

Follow Nealey Tire & Auto's procedures for vehicle handling, keys, parking, documentation, and customer property.

Be the Utility Player

Jump in where needed. The best Porters understand that keeping the shop moving sometimes means helping with a variety of tasks throughout the day.
