Job description

We are Titus-Will Automotive Group in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland!  Titus-Will is a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938. Many of our employees have made a career of working on our team. 

We are seeking Automotive Technicians looking for a fun, friendly, and professional working environment. Ideal applicants must be self-motivated, have a willingness to learn and grow, and have a good attitude toward customers and co-workers. This position will primarily repair our incoming used vehicles to prepare them for sale. We have used vehicles from many different makes and models, so technicians with any OEM, independent shop, or aftermarket experience are encouraged to apply! Entry-level positions are also available to motivated applicants without previous automotive experience.

Qualifications

  • Automotive experience (OEM, independent shop, aftermarket, etc.) preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Perform Used car inspections and perform approved repairs
  • Oil change all used cars
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor
  • Provide an estimate of the time needed for repairs
