General Laborer - Cannabis Facility
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Overtime Available
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
A well-established cannabis company in Camarillo, CA is seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join their production team. In this dynamic role, you'll rotate through various departments including cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine operation depending on business needs. Over time, you may specialize in one area based on performance and fit.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the cannabis industry — no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
Training will be provided in all areas. Duties may include:
Cultivation & Propagation
  • Transplanting, watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
  • Assisting with greenhouse maintenance and sanitation
  • Following SOPs and safety guidelines
Harvest & Trimming
  • Harvesting plants while maintaining product quality
  • Hand- or machine-trimming cannabis flower
  • Maintaining speed and accuracy during repetitive tasks
Machine Operation
  • Operating trimming or packaging equipment under supervision
  • Assisting with machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
  • Ensuring safe and efficient production flow
Ideal Candidate
The right candidate is:
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Able to follow directions and work well both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical labor (standing, lifting, bending)
