Senior Associate, PCB Parts Designer – $59K–$110K + Every Other Friday Off (26 Extra Days Off/Year) + Full Benefits

Join a high-impact engineering team where you’ll support the design and development of PCB components used in next-generation radio communication equipment. This role blends ECAD design, component library development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, manufacturable designs.


What you’ll do
  • Create and maintain schematic symbols and PCB footprints for ECAD libraries
  • Develop copper pads, solder mask, and paste patterns using vendor datasheets and IPC standards
  • Support PCB design efforts with accurate component data and layouts
  • Review drawings and technical datasheets for dimensional accuracy
  • Ensure designs meet manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly requirements
  • Work with CAD/EDA tools to support new and existing product development

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years experience (or equivalent experience)
