Entry-Level Sales Opportunity


MG8 is a privately owned and rapidly growing sales and consulting firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Over the past eight years, we’ve expanded into four markets across the state, earning a reputation for driving significant revenue growth for our clients. Our proven success has most recently led to an exclusive new authorised relationship with the largest e-commerce company in the world, launching in August 2023.


As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role would be driving New Customer Acquisition and revenue, as well as maintaining accounts for the Client. This is a unique opportunity to represent one of the world’s most recognised companies while growing your own professional skills in customer facing business-to-business Sales, communication, and leadership.


What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Strategy: Drive new business growth and manage accounts through targeted B2B sales efforts.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to diverse small and mid-sized business'.
  • Prospecting & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying and engaging new leads to closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions within CRM systems.


What We’re Looking For:

  • No degree required; Bachelor’s or Associate degree a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
