We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. You will prospect and develop new business, educate clients on coverage options, and create tailored solutions that protect families and assets.

  • Base pay of $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience with expected first year income of $55,000 - $75,000 and top performers earning $100,000+

  • Prospect and generate new leads for auto, home, life, and other insurance products
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Perform policy reviews for existing clients to ensure proper coverage
Requirements
  • Strong interest in sales and customer service
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses
