Business Systems Analyst

Locations by preference: 1. Most preferred – Strongsville, OH, 44136 2. Second preferred – Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016 Pay rate: $60 to 70/hr. on W2 only

Work arrangement: 5 days onsite Length of assignment: 7 months contract to hire role Function of the group: Part of lending originations

Role/Responsibilities: 1. Attend stand up meetings. 2. Create Jira stories. 3. Gathering requirements from the LOB

Must have skills: 5-7+ years: 1. Jira, 2. Figma, 3. Confluence, 4. AI experience, 5. Experience with writing user stories. 6. Previous client experience required

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Interview process: First round with the hiring manager and second round with a technical lead and business analyst

Stack ranking (most important to least important): 1. Previous client experience 2. Must have skills 3. Rate 4. Location
