Senior Lockbox Processor

What you'll do:

As a Senior Receivables Processor you'll be supporting the Bank's Receivable Operation which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You'll capture remittance information using efficient technology services and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You'll work with a team of Receivables Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, quality control, and balancing/reconciliation of deposits.
  • Responsible for supporting the Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience.
  • Supports the daily workflow and ensures a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Execute a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high speed optical scanners.
  • Ensure strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times. Assist in the training and development of new employees, performs advanced research and may handle high value clients.

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Back office receivables operation experience.
  • Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $19.09 - $21.50 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
