The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate-Business Operations-Office of the Chief Commercial Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming smooth operations and promoting consistent execution across sectors. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful relationships, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity for growth.
In this role, you will support leaders by representing their perspectives in meetings and decisions, organizing leadership team calls, and overseeing research and data analysis. You will collaborate across lines of service to share knowledge and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery. This position offers a chance to deepen your technical skills and enhance your personal brand while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
