Job Description

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Gathering & Preparation: Collect and validate data from approved sources, ensuring accuracy and readiness for impactful analysis that drives organizational decisions. Build a foundation of data excellence that stakeholders can trust.
  • Analysis & Visualization: Leverage SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to unlock insights from complex datasets, develop innovative business decision models, and create compelling dashboards that tell meaningful data stories. Transform raw numbers into visual narratives that inspire action.
  • Reporting & Communication: Transform raw data into clear, actionable reports and presentations that resonate with stakeholders, translating complex findings into strategic recommendations that drive real business outcomes. Be the voice that turns data into decisions.
  • Problem-Solving & Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, conduct root-cause analyses, and collaborate on data-driven solutions. Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  •  2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving skills.
  •  Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
