  • Manage all internet leads and incoming phones calls to the dealership
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
  • Answer questions and inquires about vehicle availability and pricing
  • Manager dealership website to ensure accuracy and a great online experience for customers
  • Manage social media and email campaigns
  • Analyze reports and performance of advertising sources
