Job description

Title: Business Analyst (Insurance domain exp)

Location: Lebanon NJ (Onsite hybrid role)

JD:

Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work with subject matter experts to gather business needs, document them as functional and technical requirements, and ensure they are clearly communicated to development teams.ย  2. Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and then design and implement innovative solutions.ย  3. Liaison & Communication: Act as a bridge between business units (underwriting, claims, compliance) and technology teams, leading meetings and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholdersย  Key Skills & Qualifications 1. Insurance Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of insurance products, policy life cycles, business processes (underwriting, claims, accounting), and industry trends.ย  2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to dissect complex processes, interpret data, and develop effective solutions to business challenges.ย  3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.ย  4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio), data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and insurance policy administration systems.
