We are seeking Summer 2027 Interns, who are in their sophomore year or above and enrolled in a Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Marketing Program at an accredited school.

What you’ll do: Under the supervision of experienced department leaders, you will participate in a 12-week program tailored to your field of study, offering deep immersion into the business operations of a leading commercial contractor.

Depending on your major, your program will focus on one of the following tracks:

  • Construction Management: This program offers hands-on experience across field operations and project management, covering Procore software training, safety protocols, blueprint reading, Superintendent job shadowing, and active job site visits to bridge academic theory with real-world practice.
  • Human Resources: Gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Marketing: Support corporate branding, proposal writing, social media campaigns, public relations, and collateral development for high-profile commercial projects.
  • Finance: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, job-cost accounting, billing, financial reporting, and audit preparations within the construction sector. Help analyze project budgets, cash flow projections, cost-benefit analyses, and financial forecasting to drive operational efficiency.
  • Information Technology: Assist with helpdesk support, hardware/software deployment, network maintenance, and the implementation of emerging construction tech tools.

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • Current enrollment for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, IT or related field. (Sophomore year or above).
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project delivery methods, alongside proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goals to establish a career in Construction Management.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology utilized in project management.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidates will also possess the following:

  • Familiarity with industry-specific applications such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
  • Eagerness to learn through hands-on site exposure and a demonstrated passion for the commercial construction industry.
  • Positive attitude, ambition, and continual determination for self-improvement.
