We’re currently seeking a Market Recruiter to join our Headquarters team!

The Market Recruiter drives high-volume hiring across a designated area by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for store-level roles. This role partners closely with store and district managers to understand staffing needs and quickly fill open positions. The recruiter builds local talent pipelines, hosts and attends hiring events, and supports seasonal and part-time hiring surges. They also help create staffing materials and ensure a consistent, candidate-friendly experience that supports store operations and business growth.

What You Will Do:

 Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with field leadership to assess workforce needs, understand store trends, and anticipate hiring requirements.
  • Develop and implement localized sourcing strategies informed by labor market data and hiring trends.
  • Align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals, workforce planning, and DEI priorities.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective hiring practices, including candidate evaluation, behavioral interviewing, and compliance.

Talent Pipeline Development & Employer Branding

  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring, seasonal, and critical roles.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and local hiring initiatives to source and attract talent.
  • Promote the employer brand consistently through job postings, digital platforms, and in-person engagements.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Drive standardization and efficiency in recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate communication processes.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with legal and company standards, including wage, hour, and minor employment laws.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and use insights to recommend process improvements.

Onboarding Support & New Hire Talent Experience

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Provide insights from field hiring experiences to refine new hire resources, onboarding kits, and communication touchpoints.
  • Support efforts to streamline internal talent strategies, particularly those related to entry-level and seasonal staffing.

How You Will Shine:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience (4+ years).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR field, preferably in a multi-location or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment strategies, coaching hiring managers, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Dayforce, Workday, Or job board platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
