Job description

NOW HIRING – Experienced Body Shop Technician

Join the Team at TML Auto!

TML Auto is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our busy collision repair team. If you're passionate about quality repairs, take pride in your craftsmanship, and have experience writing estimates, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do


  • Perform collision repairs from teardown through final reassembly
  • Repair and fabricate sheet metal components
  • Complete MIG welding and structural repairs
  • Replace and repair automotive glass
  • Write accurate, professional repair estimates
  • Perform final detailing and quality inspections
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and team members
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and maintain high shop standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous body shop experience (required)
  • Collision repair estimating experience
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures
  • Experience or willingness to learn MIG welding and fabrication
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
