What You’ll Do: Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and account-related needs through phone and other communication channels Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy and professionalism Resolve routine to moderately complex customer concerns efficiently Research issues, process transactions, and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Escalate more complex issues when appropriate Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment Support customers with online, mobile, and digital service tools What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service experience required Prior call center, contact center, or financial services experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Comfortable in a high-volume environment with performance goals Ability to learn systems quickly and manage multiple applications Flexible to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekend availability as needed Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply Why Apply?
