Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate – Entry Level

Pay Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Starting Wage: $15.50 / hour + benefits after 60 days

Supervisor: Manufacturing Process Manager

Education, Business Experience, and Physical Requirements

High school diploma, G.E.D., and/or combination of work experience and education. Proficiency in English is required. Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.

Desired Competencies

We are looking for a motivated individual who want to grow in the medical manufacturing field. No experience needed – just a willingness to learn. We will provide all required training. Following is a list of some of the skills and responsibilities you will learn.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Address routine issues in injection molding and troubleshoot alarms.
  • Start up and shut down molding lines, especially after power outages.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot blister molding machines and mold cutters.
  • Inspect and perform quality checks.
  • Manage and inspect products to meet quality and production goals.
  • Operate packaging lines, handle jams, and ensure packaging meets standards.
  • Sample product for specification, operate sterilizers, and prepare solutions.
  • Record production data and complete manufacturing records.
  • Ensure compliance with PPE requirements for a safe environment.
  • Work must adhere to and follow quality standards such as SOP, GMA, FDA, and ISO.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • You must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated to complete tasks on your own, and willing to learn new skills.
