Part Time Blister Packaging Jobs (NOW HIRING)

This role offers a part-time long-term care pharmacist position providing critical support across skilled nursing facilities, personal care facilities, and hospice environments. The contract is initially set for one month with a strong possibility of extension, requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week. Operating systems in use include QS1, Docutrack, and PCC.

Location: Cranberry Township, PA
Schedule:

• 24 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders entered by data entry technicians for multiple care settings
• Check packaged medications including blister packs, and sterile and non-sterile medications
• Provide clinical support by answering phone inquiries from nursing facilities, hospice nurses, and physicians
• Count controlled substances and maintain accurate documentation in a perpetual inventory
• Inspect emergency medication boxes regularly

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• Registered pharmacist with an active Pennsylvania license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience; long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, fine motor skills, and visual acuity
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds when necessary
