We are seeking an experienced Biotech Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, regulatory affairs, or drug development environments and will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting system implementations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management. (LIMS)
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Clinical Development and Drug Discovery Platforms -PBA, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
