The Job
We are currently recruiting an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to join a growing organization where customer relationships, product knowledge, and exceptional service drive long-term success. This role is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and building lasting business relationships.
In this position, you'll work with both new and existing customers by answering questions, managing accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and providing solutions that help customers succeed. You'll receive hands-on training while developing your skills in sales, account management, prospecting, and customer service within a collaborative team environment.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, referrals, and relationship building while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts by understanding customer needs and recommending additional products and services
  • Manage customer accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  • Learn customer needs and recommend products and solutions that fit their business
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
