Job Summary
Support Medical Device Reporting (MDR), complaint handling, adverse event reporting, and medical device surveillance activities while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review MDR complaint records.

  • Manage adverse event report intake, evaluation, processing, and follow-up.
