Woodlands Primary Healthcare is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our in-person office team. This is an entry-level position, and no experience is required. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable working with patients in a fast-paced medical office.

Schedule and Pay
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending to 5:00 PM when needed.
  • Location: In person.
  • Pay: $13 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phones and assist with patient questions.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Verify and update patient information.
  • Assist with front desk and basic administrative duties.
  • Support the office team as needed.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
