About the Role
Looking to break into a high-paying, professional sales career, but don't have insurance experience? Openwork is searching on behalf of our client for a driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join a fast-paced agency team! You will be trained!
No prior insurance experience required! The client provides full training and support to help candidates obtain their Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting.
If you have a background in retail sales, wireless sales, hospitality, customer service, or phone sales, your skills will translate directly to success here. Youll be proactively reaching out to clients, selling insurance policies, and helping families protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Engage with Spanish and English-speaking prospects and customers to recommend, quote, and sell insurance coverage.
  • Client Engagement: Assist customers with policy questions, coverage updates, and cross-selling additional insurance products.
  • Account Support: Process payments, handle policy changes, and ensure accurate client records in compliance with agency standards.
  • Learn & Grow: Actively participate in sales coaching and master agency products and tools.
Qualifications
  • Language: Fully fluent in Spanish and English (Required).
  • Experience: Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service (No insurance background required!).
  • Drive: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environments.
  • Licensing: Ability to study for and pass the P&C and Life & Health insurance licensing exams before starting.
  • Schedule: Full-time schedule with occasional Saturday morning hours.
