• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health crises, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and strategies for stabilization.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards governing our practice.
• Engage in active collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and coordinate services for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methods, and accessible community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs as appropriate.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
