As a Delivery Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. We are currently recruiting Communication and Training Solutions Delivery Analysts, whose skills and interests align with the below description:

  • This Delivery Analyst provides comprehensive solutions and services to support transformational efforts within organizations. This role focuses on supporting development and execution of change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to help clients achieve their strategic goals and drive long-term adoption, engagement, and behavioral change. By combining expertise in change management, communications, and training, this professional helps organizations achieve successful transformation, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Advertising, Business, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Journalism, Management, Marketing, Psychology or an equivalent program
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
  • You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Preferred:
  • 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in advertising, business, communications, education, human resources, instructional design, journalism, management, marketing, psychology or an equivalent program
