Job description

The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) plays a vital role in delivering behavioral therapy services under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Working primarily in school-based settings, the RBT implements treatment plans, collects and records behavioral data using specialized software, and interacts closely with clients to monitor and support their progress. This position offers growth opportunities in behavioral specialties and potential advancement toward supervisory certifications.

Responsibilities
