Rosewood Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored therapeutic services to our clients, including individuals, families, couples, and groups. This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a high standard of client care. As part of our outpatient services, you will engage in scheduled sessions from your home office while ensuring that you have access to all necessary resources and support from our administrative team. Collaboration with other professionals will be facilitated through virtual meetings and communications, making the most of technology to provide seamless care.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and clinical diagnoses, driving the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couple, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to assist clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing a calm and supportive approach to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Document and maintain detailed client records meticulously, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their needs.
• Stay informed about advancements in therapeutic practices through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Our diverse client population consists of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct needs of each client, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care.

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not required for candidates displaying strong entry-level skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms to enhance client care delivery.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to ease your transition into our team.
