The person we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger entries. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness of our financial operations and will support our transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions and processes.

· Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on financial transactions.

· Ensure timely billing of services and tracking of receipts.

· Process vendor invoices and disburse payments while adhering to company policies.

· Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.

· Assist in the migration of financial data from QuickBooks to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards.

· Support month-end and year-end close processes.

· Maintain confidential and meticulous records of all financial documents.

· Other admin duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QuickBooks.

· Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Strong problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience

· Minimum 1 year experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
