Leads cross-functional forumsthatdelivercustomer-centric,multi-channel marketingstrategiesto maximize customer growth,retentionand engagement.Identifiesand communicates key performance indicatorstied to process optimizationandimprovedspeed-to-market.Leansintoagilemethodologytoeffectively manage marketing programsthat supportproductgoals.Adaptsways of working andprocessesto addressprioritization,resourceand operational challenges.Drives adoption oftheproject management tool, Workfront,across the teamto effectively manage and progress marketing projects.Ensuresagileoperating model supports alternative marketingchannels such as tradeshowsand other banker initiatives.Includesthenecessaryinternal partnersinappropriateforumsto ensure thatmarketing programs arein accordance withall laws,regulationsand bank policies.


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of assigned geographical area, competitive market, banking operations, and U.S. Bancorp's products and services

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison between cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to market

  • Strongproject management experience, including theability to lead recurring team meetings, planning discussions, projectreviews andfollow-up conversations that keep work moving forward

  • Proven ability to manage intake, prioritization and backlog maintenance processes to ensure work is assigned and advanced effectively

  • Ability to develop and maintainplanning materials,calendars, milestone communications and feedback loops that support continuous improvement

  • ExperienceusingWorkfront orasimilarwork management tool to supportworkflow implementation, adoption and processimprovements

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages

  • MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Location Expectations

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
