What you'll do:

As a Client Service Advisor you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to law firms, legal professionals, and other stakeholders within the legal banking sector. In this role you'll serve as a point of contact, ensuring clients receive timely support, guidance, and solutions related to operational activities, treasury management products and financial services. You'll open, maintain, and close all account types, and perform clerical duties while maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Provide expert consultation and customer service to legal clients regarding specialized banking products and services. Provide daily guidance to the department on deposits and account servicing, including treasury management products and services.
  • Work directly with customers to resolve account issues. Provide excellent customer service and represent the bank in a professional and responsible manner. May attend customer calls with business development team members to better understand the business relationship and support strategy development to meet customer needs.
  • Adhere to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals. Provide research on loan and deposit accounts as needed. Assist with account analysis, service charge waivers and wire transfer/ACH renewals.

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Entry level to intermediate working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
